John Alan fully controls the information collected on this site. No third parties can access this information and we will not sell this information (including email addresses) to anyone.
The credit card information submitted on this site is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
Our goal in offering mailings and email announcements to you is to inform you of new releases, events, and opportunities to purchase select or limited release wines.

John Alan Return Policy
At John Alan, we take special care to store wines properly and ship them safely. If your wine has been visibly damaged during shipping, please contact us (joanne@johnalanwinery.com or 1.909-773-1005) within 30 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund.
John Alan Shipping Policy
We can accept wine orders only from California at this time. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. John Alan maintains the rights to hold scheduled shipments should extreme shipping temperatures pose a threat to the quality of the wine. Please contact us (joanne@johnalanwinery.com or 1.909-773-1005) if you need to make special shipping arrangements.
We strongly recommend shipping to a business address, as someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for wine deliveries. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Wine Club Shipments
• 6 bottles a year membership (3 bottles shipped 2 times year)
• 12 bottles a year membership (6 bottles shipped 2 times year)
• 12 bottles a year membership (6 bottles shipped 2 times year)
Shipments occur twice per year, one shipment in Spring and the other in Fall
